How do we get started?
We start by setting up an initial meeting between you and your business coach at which we will get to know one another and to start to review with you the growth potential for your organisation. We will discuss what your personal goals are for starting or growing you and your organisation.
We work with you to develop a vision (a big picture perspective), and a set goals that you will achieve over the next 12 months. After that we will work with you to draw up and action plan to ensure you reach those goals.
You'll meet with your business coach twice a month for about three hours each time, to handle the day-to-day issues that invariably arise. You'll have fortnightly assignments to do that will transform your business. The relationship spans a year, during which time if you have needed to you could have:
- Got support to feel more in control of things
- Developed new skills in understanding yourself and working with others
- Developed a plan for change and achieved what you set out to do.
- Achieved your targets.
- Developed new skills in growing your organisation and dealing with those people issues
- Implemented efficient operations that go on way beyond the coaching and consultancy experience
